For any size business that does not have a documented business plan or that wants to review their current plan and longer-term goals, I run a one day alignment session.

We’ve realised as we ask business owners “where do you want your business to be in 3-5 years?” that very few people have a clear idea, let alone an actual written plan. Most people think of a business plan as a hefty document that’s hard to create and even harder to implement, but it doesn’t have to be.

An Alignment Session (also known as a Strategic Planning Day) is a fantastic way to take one day out of your business to work on creating a clear plan for 3-5 years forward.

The day is structured around the needs of your business, whether you are a sole Director, Board of Directors, or have a Senior Management team in place.

By providing an outside perspective, I will help guide and coach you to create a clear vision for your business, with documented goals and milestones and a plan of action to achieve your goals.
